1. Cultural Promotion: Preserve and promote Rajasthani culture and traditions worldwide.
2. Advocacy: Advocate for the interests and rights of Rajasthani communities in international forums.
3. Economic Collaboration: Facilitate economic opportunities for Rajasthani businesses through global networking.
4. Social Welfare: Support educational and social welfare initiatives that benefit Rajasthani people globally.
5. Intercultural Exchange: Encourage intercultural exchange and understanding among diverse populations.
6. Infrastructure Development: Assist in the development and improvement of infrastructure in Rajasthan to foster regional growth and accessibility.
7. Human Development: Work towards improving the Human Development Index in Rajasthan by supporting health, education, and quality of life initiatives.
8. Foreign Direct Investment: Facilitate foreign direct investment in Rajasthan, focusing on industrial and technological development to boost the state’s economic profile.

GARC will maintain a democratic framework, welcoming all Rajasthani community groups, associations, and interested individuals. It will feature a General Assembly, an
Executive Committee, and specialized committees, ensuring effective governance and broad member involvement.
